Clients must ensure that any content or materials they provide do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3RD Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for intent or gross negligence under German law).

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
